Attorney Rafaela Garreta P. Serrano, Esq.
Rafaela Garreta Prats Serrano hails from Rio de Janeiro, where her deep-rooted passion for law
blossomed from an early age. Raised in a Christian family instilled with values of justice and
equity, she received a well-rounded education, attending prestigious institutions such as the
Military School Vocational Course in Accounting and Administration.
With unwavering support
from her family, Rafaela embarked on her journey towards legal excellence.
Driven by her determination to make a difference through law, Rafaela commenced her academic
pursuits in 2001 at Estácio de Sá Law School in Rio de Janeiro. In 2007, she earned approval
from the Brazilian Lawyers Association (OAB), marking the beginning of her illustrious career
as a lawyer.
Shortly thereafter, Rafaela established her first law office in Rio de Janeiro, where
she solidified her reputation as a respected legal practitioner.
Rafaela's quest for knowledge led her to the United States, where she pursued a Master of Laws
(LL.M.) in American and International Law at Northeastern University School of Law.
Amidst
her academic endeavors, Rafaela's commitment to philanthropy and humanitarian causes

Liliani Camargo is a Paralegal born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, who brings over 5 years of legal
expertise to her role.
Holding degrees in both Law and Human Resources Administration,
she furthered her specialization with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor
Procedure from Faculdade Legale in São Paulo.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in project management at Saint Francis College in

Comfort Afi Agbaku, a native of Ghana, has consistently demonstrated a natural aptitude for

This inherent capability motivated her to pursue and successfully
attain a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Professional Studies,
Ghana, an MBA from the Shaanxi University of Science and Technology in China and an MS in
in Human Resources Management at Northeastern University in Boston.
Her professional journey includes roles as an Administrative Officer at the Ghana Minerals
Commission, an educational consultant at Century Nit Consult, and North American Talent
Acquisition Coordinator at Leather in Motion.
Additionally, she gained valuable experience at
Northeastern University, where she served as a Clerical Assistant in the Finance Department and
later as an HR Assistant in the Faculty of Law.
